Do your shipping speeds include production time?

All delivery times include a production time of 1-2 business days. Note that these don’t include weekends and public holidays.

Shipping times vary between regions, and delivery to more rural areas may be slightly longer than to metro areas. 

Production of your order usually begins the business day after you place your order for print.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

The fastest option is express shipping (Up to 3 business days) which includes the production time of your order and the delivery.

Are your shipping times guaranteed?

When you're ready to submit your order for print, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. Bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time and you’re not satisfied, neither are we. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for further assistance.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping.

Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available).

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

Is there a way to pick up my package?

Yes. In-store pickup is available at select FedEx Office stores in the US. Contact us for more details.

My package was supposed to arrive today, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?

We strive always to deliver your order on time. However, there are factors outside our control that can cause delivery delays. This might include global or local events, severe weather, or delivery to more rural areas.

Packages are generally delivered by 8pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 8pm you can view your tracking information with your provided tracking number. If your order is late and has been shipped out, you can contact the courier assigned to it for updates.
